  • Hand sanitizer available for customers & colleagues
  • Increased cleaning procedures in high touch areas
  • Sanitizing Vehicles before and after demonstration.
  • Sanitizing Rentals and Loaners before and after each use.
  • Sanitizing Customer Vehicles before servicing and again prior to delivery back t customer
  • Install covering (Steering Wheel, Seats and Floors) in customer vehicles prior to servicing and delivering.
  • Masks & Gloves worn by Pick-up and Delivery Drivers.
  • increased cleaning procedures in high touch areas
  • Keeping vehicles locked in showroom unless in demonstration.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet or more

Offering Effortless buying and servicing experiences is our business, including:

·       A 100% REMOTE Buying Experience through our "Build my Deal" application on desktop and mobile phone, and

·        A 100% REMOTE Servicing Experience including Pick-up and Delivery using the your Desktop, phone or the "Lincoln Way" Mobile Application (available by download for iPhone and Android).

Schedules and operations for some of our staff have been adjusted but we can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

Remote Telephone answering service have been sublated to make sure call get answered when all colleagues are helping other customers

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.
