Biondi Lincoln is proud to announce that Trenton Bednez, a dedicated member of our service team, has been awarded a $1,000 Tool Grant from the Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA). This grant was presented by our Service Director, Mike DeDomenic, in recognition of Trenton’s commitment to excellence in automotive service.
The PAA Tool Grant is designed to support new, full-time technicians employed at franchised new car and truck dealerships in Pennsylvania. To qualify, technicians must have been employed for at least 90 days but no longer than one year and must be first-time hires at a franchised dealership. Each dealership is eligible for one grant per calendar year, and the technician retains ownership of the tools purchased with the grant. Additionally, awardees are now presented with a VISA gift card for tool purchase convenience, enhancing the flexibility of the grant.
